Your assistant covers calls during your agreed business hours. Need 24/7 live coverage? Add it to any Essential or Growth plan for $250/month — it's included with Executive.

What if I get a surge of calls — like during HVAC season?

Seasonal surges are exactly what we're designed for. If your needs consistently exceed your package, we'll recommend the right tier based on usage.

Can my assistant filter spam and time-waster calls?

Yes. We triage inbound calls so legitimate leads and priority contacts get handled properly, while spam and low-value calls are screened out.

Can my assistant book jobs directly into my scheduling software?

Yes. Your assistant works directly inside your existing system (Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, or a simple calendar) to book, confirm, and update appointments.

What admin tasks are included?

Depending on your package, admin support can include:

How do I know what my assistant handled each day?

Do I need to install anything or change my phone system?

No — you can keep your existing phone number and setup. The only change is setting up call forwarding so calls route to your assistant when you're busy or unavailable. We walk you through it step-by-step.

If you use something else, we adapt to your tools during onboarding.

How long does onboarding take?

Most clients are up and running within a few days. We onboard scripts, call flows, scheduling preferences, and access to the tools you already use.

What do your packages cost?

We offer three monthly retainers:

  • Essential — $2,000/mo + $1,000 setup
  • Growth — $3,000/mo + $1,500 setup
  • Executive — $4,000/mo + $2,000 setup

Enterprise plans are available for higher-volume businesses with custom scope.

What does the setup fee cover?

Onboarding, call flows, assistant training, access setup, and the workflows we use to run your operations consistently from day one.

Are there long-term contracts?

No long-term contracts — all plans are month-to-month. To cancel, provide 30 days written notice. Your service continues through the end of your current billing cycle, whichever comes later. We'd rather earn your continued business through performance than lock you in.

Can I change packages as my business grows?

Yes. Many clients start on Essential, then move up once they see consistent wins and higher call volume.
