The terms governing use of our website and front-office support services. Please read these carefully before engaging our services.
By accessing emperorassistants.com or engaging Emperor Assistants LLC ("Emperor Assistants," "we," "us," or "our") for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.
Emperor Assistants provides front-office operational support for trades and home-service businesses, including but not limited to live call answering, scheduling coordination, estimate follow-up, lead reactivation, CRM support, and related services as outlined in the applicable Client Service Agreement.
The specific scope, pricing, and conditions of service delivery are governed by the signed Client Service Agreement between Emperor Assistants and the client. In the event of conflict between these Terms and the Client Service Agreement, the Client Service Agreement governs.
Our services are available to business entities and individuals operating legitimate businesses. By engaging our services, you represent that you have the authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of yourself or your business.
Fees are as described in the applicable service package or Client Service Agreement. Setup fees are non-refundable. Monthly support fees are billed in advance. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services. All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.
The Front-Office Pilot is a limited-scope operational deployment. Unless cancelled in writing before the pilot period ends, it automatically transitions into the Essential monthly support plan. This transition is disclosed clearly during onboarding. Cancellation requests must be submitted to access@emperorassistants.com before the pilot concludes.
Monthly support services may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Services continue through the end of the current billing cycle following notice. Setup fees and any paid monthly fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided in the Client Service Agreement.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely access to required systems and credentials, and reasonable cooperation necessary for service delivery. Emperor Assistants is not liable for service failures resulting from incomplete or inaccurate client-provided information.
Emperor Assistants treats all client business information, customer data, and operational details as confidential. We do not share client information with third parties except as required to deliver services or as required by law. Clients are similarly expected to treat any proprietary methods, systems, or materials provided by Emperor Assistants as confidential.
Emperor Assistants is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from service delivery shall not exceed two months of fees paid by the client in the period immediately preceding the claim.
Emperor Assistants does not guarantee specific revenue outcomes, lead conversion rates, or business results. We provide operational support — results depend on factors outside our control.
All content on emperorassistants.com — including text, design, graphics, scripts, and systems — is the property of Emperor Assistants LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Emperor Assistants and its personnel operate as independent contractors. Nothing in these Terms or any service agreement creates an employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship between Emperor Assistants and any client or third party.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Missouri, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in that venue.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated to active clients.
